The impressive outdoor space features a picnic table, cornhole game, outdoor heater, grill, and a 42-inch fire ring surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking views of the river and the surrounding nature.

- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room, a spacious living room + 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and other kitchen essentials! (no ice maker, but there are ice trays)
- All bathrooms have walk-in showers (no bathtubs). One ensuite bathroom and one hall bathroom.

- 500 Feet of River front on the Pedernales River, There is a ladder that goes down to the river, it helps with having easier access.
- We provide 3 stand up paddle boards and 1 kayak (can fit 1-2 people)
The river is ideal for fishing, kayaking, or canoeing, and the views are truly stunning from the home and on the path leading down to the private concrete entrance to the river.
*The river depth is very deep in some spots along the river, Please use caution. Children must be supervised at all times.

- Please be aware there are stairs on the outside and inside of the rental.
Guest Access:
You’ll have access to the loft upstairs and it is your own private rental for the duration of your stay. You will also have access to the private hot tub!
