Summary: The lobby are had an odor to it as did the room before turning on the air though not as bad. The room was tidy but not fully clean, there was dried blood on the light switch in the bathroom, the sink had hairs and other lint in it. The box springs aren’t covered and have hairs and dirt on them when checking the surrounding area. Needs deeper cleaning. I didn’t end up staying and was not able to get refunded but will try to file a claim with the insurance purchased at time of booking.
