Summary: Overall this is a 4 star property, they were very accommodating and had great service. The food was delicious and I had the Watsu massage that was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. The facilities however need some love. Our room had a very strong door that no one could identify. The pool had dirty towels and the tile seemed to be crumbling and moldy. Housekeeping threw away my travel sized hair oil and sunblock. I really wanted to give them a 5 star review but they fell short.
