This beautifully decorated, nonsmoking, pet-free condo is conveniently located in Jonathan’s Bay, a gated community that features a heated pool, a large outdoor hot tub, a fully-equipped exercise room, a large gazebo for grilling and family gatherings, and meticulously maintained grounds. This condo is almost 2100 square feet with plantation shutters throughout, three bedrooms, two baths, a very spacious living room, a den, an eat-in kitchen with a bar for two and table seating for four, a pantry, and an adjacent laundry room. Enjoy the sunrise or a morning cup of coffee from the screened lanai that overlooks a pond filled with wildlife and a beautiful lighted fountain. The entire condo is an enclosed second-floor unit with high-speed WiFi, two large televisions with a host of channels, and a two-car garage for your convenience. All the luxuries of home are available; quality furnishings, comfortable mattresses, and any kitchen appliance to make you feel right at home. The split floor plan houses a main suite with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. One guest room has a king bed , a chest, and a large window seat. The other guest room has a triple dresser and a queen bed.
