The space
Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking meals with a dining area and living room where you can either watch a movie or have a drink and just sit back and relax. There is also a serenely decorated guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom.
Outside, in the manicured backyard, you’ll find a private pool and terrace with chic lounge chairs, dining table with seating, and a gas BBQ grill for your enjoyment.

**QUIET HOURS: This is a residential complex and you must respect the tranquility of the property owners who live here are well as other guests. QUIET HOURS START AT 8PM SUNDAY-THURSDAYS AND AT 10PM FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS. Serious or multiple complaints of conduct made by others will result in evection of the property by security without refund for breach of noise violations. There is a $250 fee for all infractions. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
**GETTING AROUND INSIDE THE COMPLEX: We recommend you rent a car or one of our golf carts to get around the complex because it is very big and walking in the heat can be exhausting.
