It has a short 3 minute walk to shops, open markets and restaurants in the picturesque town of Kailua-Kona. There is free parking for renters (both open or covered), elevators, air conditioning and secured DSL internet access (WIFI).
The Kona Reef complex offers an Oceanfront Pool, Jacuzzi / Hot Tub, Gas Grills and Pool Side Dining area.

Please note we have a 5 night minimum rental requirement. (4 Night Min during Summer Season / 10 night minimum for the annual Ironman Competition dates / Other exceptions based on available calendar openings)
2026 will be an interesting year at Kona Reef. There will be Spauling repair occurring throughout the complex, starting in January - March with work being done on buildings A&B (directly impacting our unit). As work moves on through the year the direct impact will be less, but noise and dust can be anticipated during working hours of 8-5 M-F (great time to schedule enjoying seeing the island). The prices on the Calendar have been discounted from 10% to 50% from regular rates based on the amount of impact to our renters anticipated.
