The ground floor also features a king bedroom with ensuite bath, plus a half bath for guests. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 more bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds - sharing a full bath. The Outdoor Retreat
The yard between the homes is yours exclusively: a heated and chilled pool with lounge seating, a shaded gazebo with dining table and ceiling fans, an outdoor TV, a grill, and a ping pong table. Guests have exclusive access to the entire front house along with the private outdoor retreat between the two homes. This includes the heated and chilled pool, lounge chairs, shaded gazebo with dining table and fans, outdoor TV, grill, and ping pong table. You’ll also have use of the Tesla EV charger.
The back house, as well as the backyard behind the rear house is not included in this listing.
