Sosua Ocean Village, a private gated residential community on the Dominican Republic’s lovely north coast, is a great place to vacation with your family and friends. The Palm Villa is a short 20-minute drive from the Puerto Plata airport. This new spacious villa, comprising a main house and guest house of over 4000 square feet, includes with four bedrooms, four ensuite baths and two half baths, sleeps eight comfortably. All bedrooms have air conditioning, with comfortable top-of-the-line mattresses, linens and details. There is even an air-conditioned private office, with printer and monitor, for guests who need to work remotely. The entire property is Wi-Fi enabled. Of course, the Palm Villa is kid-friendly and welcomes pets.
Private Office: The office is located in the freestanding guesthouse across from the villa’s first floor and pool area, which is accessible for the disabled.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and a variety of small appliances for all your cooking needs including microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker as well as all necessary pots, pans, dishware and tableware. There is a half-bath adjacent to the kitchen.
Family Room/Dining Room: The air-conditioned living room features a large sectional sofa with a 65-inch flat screen TV with digital cable. The family/dining room is fully airconditioned. The indoor dining area and the adjacent outdoor dining area each comfortably seat six; both dining areas have overhead ceiling fans.
Transition Room to Pool: This area includes ample shaded outdoor seating and a dining table overlooking the pool and adjoining six-person jacuzzi. This area includes a Weber BBG gas grill and an outdoor flat-screen TV for streaming video.
Bedrooms: The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, air conditioning, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a safe for valuables, and a large ensuite bathroom. The second-floor master bedroom includes a king bed, air conditioning and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom, also on the second floor, has two full-sized four-poster beds and a generously sized ensuite bathroom. A fourth bedroom, in the freestanding guesthouse, has a queen-sized four-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have ample closet space.
Pool Area: The oversized pool, includes a surrounding deck with ample space for lounging, a convenient outdoor shower and a half-bath with direct access to the pool area. There is a foosball game table for kids on the sheltered roof of the guest house.
Private Office: The freestanding guesthouse includes an air-conditioned private office overlooking the pool with desk, printer, monitor and Wi-Fi.
