Finished hardwood on 2nd floor. 1 1/2 baths with an additional outside shower. Close to the beach with restrooms at library/playground boardwalk on our street.
Lots of great restaurants, Santucci, Velo Cafe, Sapore, Playa bowl, Duncan, shops, nails salon, liquor store, Walgreens etc. all within 1 block from house. Leave your car and walk to everything. 6 beach tags for you to use.
