Positive: A stunningly beautiful little villa, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The spacious living room was perfect for doing stretches or yoga while watching TV, and the kitchen was clean and well-equipped. The pool retains the warmth from the sun and stays pleasantly warm even into the night, and the namesake cabana was perfect for relaxing in. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and offer ample shelf and hanging space. Power sockets are conveniently internationally compatible. The caretaker was very responsive and accommodating with my requests.

Negative: The only small downside was that the shower controls were a bit tricky — couldn’t figure out how to get hot water without turning the pressure to full blast, so the hot water often ran out faster than expected.
