Spacious vacation retreat Villa Maria is situated in a quiet residential area on a low-traffic road just 2 blocks from Main Street Bolton Landing. You can walk to the shops, library, museum, stores, post office, and both Rogers and Veterans parks/beaches. No driving is needed to stroll to and from all the various restaurants and bars Bolton Landing has to offer. You can also walk to the Sagamore Hotel for either fine dining or to the Spa which is one of the nicest in the Northeast.
Villa Maria Lake George has two master suites, one on the main floor, and the other on the second floor. It has 4 additional roomy bedrooms to really spread out. There are 3 and ½ bathrooms in total. Villa Maria has a spacious screened-in front porch that is great for relaxing. There is both an upper and a lower deck on the back of the house. The lower deck is good for barbecuing and both allow you to enjoy the backyard.
Villa Maria has high-speed wired and wireless internet and a computer; Cable TV with multiple flat-screen televisions in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is recently renovated with granite countertops and is fully equipped. With central A/C, everyone in your family will stay comfortable even on those hot summer days.
Villa Maria's backyard has a lawn area with a fire pit, hammock, and two raised veggie beds. We have also added a badminton/volleyball net to the backyard lawn area.

At night, you can find the best restaurants such as Cate´s Italian Garden, the Chateau on the Lake, or the Sagamore within walking distance away. After dinner, there are candy and ice cream shops that you can walk to with the kids or one of the many lakeside bars with live bands. Bolton is the ultimate getaway location and Villa Maria couldn't be in a better location - it's close enough to walk to anything and it's quiet enough to escape from it all while being the roomiest home in town to fit your big family and friends.
