Our villa is equipped with solar panels, hot water, electricity (very expensive in the Dominican Republic) is included, as well as broadband wifi in all the house, air conditioning in 2020, cooking gas, and we have added Netflix, Prime video and a water dispenser.
Very quiet area, close to banks, opposite a church. A few meters away is the departure of buses for excursions to Santo Domingo and Bavaro.
Also very close: exchange offices, large supermarket, food trucks, restaurants, beaches and the airport are 15 minutes by car. The location is quiet but minutes from all shops.
