Positive: The patio is fantastic. It looks well-kept and the pool was clean. For a night, it is okay if you're not too picky. It provides you the basics: a comfortable bed, running cold and hot water in the bathroom, and an air-conditioned space. The staff was ok. It has a great location close to Cabarete's nightlife and restaurants. There is also a nice meat restaurant inside the Procab condominium (bring cash and use bugs repellent). The price for a two-bedroom villa on weekend for 4 people was good.
Negative: They don't take credit cards, only cash. The villa needs an update in general. Outdated furniture, rusty fridge, poor-maintained cabinets. It needs a deep cleaning, too. The staff can be more attentive.
Summary: It's a good option for a one-night stay on a low budget
