Located in the beautiful Residencial Hispaniola community with 24 hour security and a backup electric generator, the villa has fantastic ocean and mountain views and is a ten minute drive from Puerto Plata (POP) airport and within ten minutes walking distance to the beautiful Sosua and Playa Alicia beaches, the town, fantastic restaurants, several pharmacies, and a large supermarket with everything you will need for your stay.
This villa has a beautiful, bright, open space design, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and 5 beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Additional beds are available upon request and subject to availability. This luxury ocean view villa has air conditioners in the living room, pool room and all bedrooms!!! Every room has efficient, quiet designer fans that move a lot of air to keep the villa cool on the hottest days. For those that like to sun bathe this villa is for you because the sun shines on the pool deck all day, making for refreshing swims during the day and typically warming the pool to a perfectly comfortable temperature in the evening.
Special features of the this stand-out villa include a giant fully tiled 40 foot private pool that starts out at 4 feet on the shallow end to over 6 feet at the deep end, a tiled built-in jacuzzi (heat optional), a 3-in-1 custom pool table, ping pong table, dining room table combination located in a lighted outdoor gazebo with a fan to keep the participants cool, an indoor 150 inch high definition projector and screen where all you need to do is connect your mobile phone or use a firestick or Chromecast device, 6 large smart tvs for streaming Netflix, Apple, Disney, Max, Prime, YouTube videos and other content, hi speed wifi with multiple repeaters located throughout the property where you simply connect to the repeater with the strongest signal anywhere in the villa or outside, a powerful Sony 8 speaker soundbar that can blow the roof off (please don't try:), hi definition cable with every channel including ABC, NBC, CBS, TNT, USA, ESPN and other premium channels, two outdoor Bluetooth speakers around the pool, an arcade style basketball game and a hoop in the swimming pool, and a robotic pool cleaner to complement the efforts of our full-time gardeners to keep the pool clean and a solar pool pump that filters the crystal, clear pool for up to 8 hours a day.

1. Our custom beds and other furniture are designed for comfort and luxury. You will find USB outlets built into many of our beds or in the bedside night lamps. Each bed also has a memory foam mattress, and an additional 2 or 3 inch memory gel cooling pad to ensure you get a great sleep. We take your sleep seriously and many guests have noted that they have slept better in our beds than anywhere else--including their own beds!
2. This beautiful villa is walking distance to fine beaches, restaurants, clubs and a casino. No car is necessary and instead of spending money on an expensive rental car you can use the extra cash on the available fabulous excursions or wonderful dining options.

The villa has 6 large smart TVs (82, 75, 65, 65, 55 and 50 inch screens) all of which have the high definition cable service and on which you can stream your favorite shows from your favorite entertainment apps. An Xbox One S is provided in the living room. Controllers are provided but you should bring your own.

Optional and miscellaneous items:
Free maid service is provided on alternate days for stays of 10 days or less, and every 3 days for stays longer than 10 days.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms is included at no charge and all electricity is free. You now have the option of adding AC in the living room. This is very rare for rentals in the area. You can decide and pay for it once you are on the ground. No advance payments are necessary and for many non-summer days it is not necessary. Current cost is $25 per night.
The chef fee is $80 per day for up to 8 persons for 2 meals a day. Guests pay for their own groceries. Add $10 per day for each additional person. Add $30 if you would like chef service on the day of arrival, which requires the staff to go shopping and pay for groceries in advance. No advance payment is required.
Cost for transportation is $25 each way from Puerto Plata Airport (POP) and $100 each way from Santiago airport (STI).
Personal laundry is $20 per load for washing, drying and folding and must be done by our maids.
The jacuzzi can be used without heat at no cost. Optional cost for the heated setup is $180. It includes a full tank of propane (to heat the water) which will typically last about a week with normal usage. No advance payment necessary.
The 150 inch high definition projector requires a $25 setup fee. No advance payment necessary.
Drivers can be kept on call on a per trip basis. More info is available upon request.
For stays of 30 days or longer guests are responsible for utilities including electricity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Car and motorbike rentals are available at the airports and/or in town at reasonable costs.
Tips for our staff are optional but encouraged.
