Our flats are part of an apartment building in the heart of Atlanta’s most in demand residential neighborhood. As such, in addition to West Home’s units, guests have access to the building’s amenity base including a 24/7 gym and pool. On-site parking is available.

Our units are ideally located near Emory University, several restaurants, and exceptional nature trails. Here’s a brief overview:
Dining:
-A short drive from Emory village featuring local restaurants and popular chains.
-Morningside is the most in-demand residential area of Atlanta with historic houses, beautiful parks, and bountiful nature at every turn. The neighborhood is located next to other popular areas like Virginia Highland.
Shopping:
-Kroger and CVS are only a 5 minute drive from the property.
-Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, and Publix are only a 10 minute drive away.
Arts & Culture:
-A 10 minute drive to the Fernbank Museum of Science which is perfect for families or dates!
-The Callanwolde Fine Arts Center is also close by in addition to the Michael C. Carlos Museum.
-The Emory University campus which features historic buildings and several gardens is only 7 min away.
Parks & Trails:
-12 minute walk to the Daniel Johnson Nature Preserve featuring multiple forested nature trails by a creek.
Getting Around:
Morningside is a car-dependent neighborhood but is a short drive to other popular neighborhoods, Emory University, and stores. There are several MARTA (Atlanta's public transit system) bus stops within walking distance which may be utilized. Morningside is also very residential making it a bicycle-friendly neighborhood!
Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT: Early check-in is granted based on availability. Late departure after the standard check-out time of 11 am may result in a fee.
GATHERINGS: Please socialize in an unobtrusive fashion. Parties are not permitted and may result in eviction. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. Any overnight guest names must be provided during registration. Complaints may result in penalty fees in the amount of any compensation granted, at the hotel’s discretion, to all impacted guests.
SMOKING: Smoking and vaping is not allowed. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period, including on the balcony.
MINIMUM AGE: Guest must be 21 years of age or older to book… Children, toddlers and babies are more than welcome, you just can't be one if you are the one booking!
LOCAL GUESTS: As part of our anti-party and general security measures, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any “local” guests, defined by area code, license, address, or other tangible metrics. Certainly, though, we hope well-intentioned local guests do choose to book with us!
PETS: Pets are NOT allowed at this property.
