Summary: NO WIFI and NO SLEEP. All day and night loud noises. Guest are all African Americans and they are super loud. My family and I could never get WIFI internet and we even talk with hotel’s tech department for hours and they never could get us internet in the hotel. IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL OF MY LIFE. We talk to the manager every day about noise complaint and no WIFI Internet. I felt like we stay in a hotel in the 80s. How the F you don’t have WIFI. That’s the most basic necessity on this planet. It’s like not providing water for showering. They said they have wifi but it does not work and never works! I’m a Software Engineer and I know how to connect to WIFI but IT NEVER WORKED IN THIS HOTEL. YALL RUINED MY 8 days in Cali.
