The Space:
An entrance corridor takes you into a light-filled open plan living/kitchen/dining with a lovely cheerful feel and polished floorboards throughout. There’s a comfy 3-seater sofa and some occasional chairs including a rocking chair, a smart TV, rugs for winter comfort as well as two portable fan and portable heater. A door takes you out to a balcony with seating and a spectacular, expansive view of the ocean, and looking south over Tamarama, Bronte and beyond. Back inside the living space, this view can also be seen through large picture windows. An alcove provides a dining table for 6 people, while the kitchen comes with tiled flooring, stone benchtops, a breakfast bar with 2 stools, a 4-burner electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a family sized fridge. Off the kitchen, you’ll find a dedicated laundry space with a Haier washing machine and separate dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms, both of which are carpeted, offering queen-sized beds and block-out blinds, with an additional balcony off the master bedroom. The apartment’s spacious bathroom has a combined bath/shower with a frameless glass screen and stylish tiling.
The Neighborhood:
Located 7 kilometres from the CBD (Downtown) Waverley is a Sydney eastern suburb adjoining Bondi Junction, Bondi Beach, Tamarama and Bronte - in fact, you can walk from the apartment to Bronte Beach in 10 minutes. It’s also close to Bondi Road and Bondi Junction, two of Sydney’s major shopping, dining and transport hubs. You’ll find supermarkets and a Westfield Shopping Centre in the Junction, along with a host of services. Waverley Park, including an outdoor gym, is 5 minutes' walk away.
Getting Around:
The apartment does not come with parking, but untimed street parking is available. Guests who use public transport will find easy access to buses in the area, with one stop directly outside the apartment building. The Bondi Junction interchange is also under 15 minutes’ walk away, providing bus and train services to the Sydney metropolitan area.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is the case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
