A printed welcome guide is available - offering suggestions on activities, places to visit, and the host's favorite spots and restaurants. This serves as a helpful resource for guests to make the most out of their vacation experience.
Each bedroom is equipped with extra sheets and towels for your convenience. This ensures that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay without having to request additional linens.
In each restroom, there is an "in case you forgot basket" stocked with toiletries and other items you may need during your stay. This caters to guests who may have forgotten to pack or simply left some of these essential items behind. No worries, we got you!
Pool towels are provided and can be found in the Casita Lanai's living room basket. Guests are encouraged to use these towels specifically for poolside activities.
In addition, games are available in the upstairs loft room chest - as family entertainment options for you to leisurely enjoy during your time with us.
No Smoking Policy: The villa operates under a strict no-indoor smoking policy. If guests wish to smoke, they are required to do so outside with doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the premises. Any violation of this policy may result in an additional fee being assessed.
Please do not move any furniture, mirrors or remove any artwork from the Villa. This helps to maintain the integrity of the space and ensures that everything remains in its designated place.
Important: Please be sure to turn off all Air Conditioners when not in use. Our location enjoys plenty of Caribbean breeze that can be enjoyed when main doors and windows are opened, along with our fans. Our A/C units cool each space very quickly (with doors and windows closed) and should only be turned on when needed - as their excessive use may inadvertently result in additional electricity usage fees.
