The palm tree themed open living area has tile floors, two comfortable sofas to enjoy the 55" HD TV for streaming or listen to your favorite station on the Bluetooth stereo. The extended lanai boasts a beautiful lake view to enjoy your morning tea or coffee and is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a BBQ to grill your favorite meals.
The dining room has a glass and marble table that seats six. The kitchen is complete with a stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and breakfast table that seats four. Plenty of room to store your groceries in the built-in pantry. The cabinets are full of pots, pans, cooking utensils, drinking glasses and dinnerware.
The lanai is also accessible from the master suite that has a king size bed, 42" TV with Roku, a wireless color inkjet printer for those last minute assignments and a remote control ceiling fan/light. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, a walk-in shower, separate WC and a large walk-in closet.
The washer and dryer are located in the garage, as well as beach chairs, umbrella, golf clubs and tennis rackets all for your use.

Guest(s) Requirements: This property is privately owned. The home can accommodate up to 8 persons. Guest(s) must be at least 25 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Any property damage or personal injury caused, in whole or in part, by any persons invited to or visiting the property by Guest(s) shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest(s). Parties and events are not allowed.
Property Damage: Guest(s) must notify Host within twenty-four hours of any damages to the property or any appliances or contents, whether caused by Guest(s) or otherwise. Failure to do so may result in Guest(s) being charged for such damages. This is a family neighborhood, please be considerate to the neighbors and not have loud music after 10:00 pm.
Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to two (2) vehicles. Street parking and trailers are not permitted. The garage may be accessed by the Host from time to time with prior notification to the Guest(s). Any illegally parked vehicle is subject to towing. Applicable fines and/or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Pets: We love dogs! A maximum of 2 pets are permitted, upon prior approval by host. An additional deep cleaning fee of $250.00 per stay shall apply and Guest(s) must agree to and sign the Pet Addendum to the rental agreement.
Departure: Guest(s) must leave the property in the same condition as existed upon arrival, subject to the following:
• Dirty dishes shall be loaded in the dishwasher, with dishwasher started prior to departure;
• Used towels and bathmats shall be placed in the washer, with the washer started prior to departure;
• Beds do NOT need to be made, but all sheets and pillowcases shall be removed and placed on the beds;
• All food must be removed from the refrigerator;
• The refrigerator, oven, microwave and outdoor BBQ grill shall be left in a clean condition, if used;
• All doors and windows must be locked;
• All trash and recyclables are placed in refuse containers outside; and
• All thermostats set at 80 degrees.
Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply if the above is not performed by Guest(s) prior to departure or if extra cleaning fees are incurred by the Host. A $500.00 cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking or smell is found inside the home.
Games, Books and Beach Equipment: All items in the home and on the property, including books and games are intended for entertainment and enjoyment of the Guest(s) while staying at the house and are not to be removed from the home or property. The only exception would be those items which are intended for use at the beach, golfing, etc.
Guest(s) Liability: Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on-premises. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest(s) or anyone in Guest’s party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves or others, relating to or concerning the property.
