Maison Simone is a 230 sqm property located in a quiet neighborhood in the area of Agios Sostis 5,2 klm from the Port of Tinos, with a breathtaking view overlooking the Aegean Sea and the islands of Mykonos, Delos, Renia and Syros. It is fully equipped and built in a traditional Cycladic architecture with private parking, exterior dinning and BBQ area and a large infinity heated pool. It can fully accommodate up to 12 guests with spacious rooms including all the modern comforts. There are also 4 comfortable sofa beds for even bigger groups and two baby cots, that raise the total accommodation to 16+ people.
Maison Simone is divided into two levels, the ground and the upper level. The ground floor consists of an open space that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area for at least 10 guests and a comfortable living room with a stone built fireplace in the middle. The living room opens to a beautiful veranda with a white marble handmade dinner table and a BBQ area that provides a great shelter for the windy days to all of the guests. A spacious bedroom with king size bed and marvellous view, a guest’s bedroom with a double bed and a private balcony along with the marble bathroom complete the ground level. An interior stone built staircase leads to the upper level where you can find two spacious bedrooms with verandas, a living room with three comfort sofas, a small fridge, a home cinema tv and a big balcony with a wooden pergola overlooking the deep blue of the Aegean Sea. A guest’s room with 2 single beds and one big sofa, a large bathroom and a WC are also part of the same level. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house is elegantly decorated with hand crafted creations exclusively from local artists, free internet and wi-fi access indoors and outdoors, 2 smart cable TVs, wireless Bluetooth speakers for indoor - outdoor use and laundry room with a dryer in it. The villa can fully accommodate up to 17 persons.
CCTV system covering the garden, the pool, the perimeter and the gates for your security. Guests have access to it from the TVs in both living-rooms. Please mention that the system provides only picture and not sound.
The well-kept garden with flowers and olive trees along with the new built (2020) 28m external swimming infinity and heated pool that disinfections the water with salt (the water does not sting the eyes and does not smell chlorine) complete the outside living area making it a perfect space for families and large group of friends to relax and enjoy every part of their precious holidays.
