Summary: 1st room we were put in the ac was broken and sounded like to was going to fall out of the wall and half the outlets didnt work. The 2nd room was no better. The TV didnt work, most outlets didn't work in this room either. There were broken tiles around the toilet in the bathroom, and there was a musty smell. The room next to the 2nd room we were moved to was being remodeled amd could have contributed to the smell. When we checked in we were clearly a family and would be using the pull out bed in the room as there was only one bed. Clearly we dont know policy and figured the bedding would be in the room... after a long trip, room switches and everything ai haf to go down amd wait for bedding so we could gey our daughters bed ready. We were informed it was standard for them to keep the extra bedding downstairs (never been anywhere that does this amd if they did they made sure theyasked if we needed it at checkin to keep thing convenient). Breakfast was Biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffles or cereal. Not a lot to pick from. Biscuits were raw in middle. Not my number one pick for sure, but if you just need a bed it is ok.
