This house is built at the waters edge and you can see the water from almost anywhere in the house. The covered porch and all rooms are above the tree line to catch the breezes and for fabulous views of Clarence Town Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. Three cays situated between our beach and the Atlantic Ocean reduce surges and provide us with a gently sloping, sandy beach free of currents and undertows for most of the year. The calm water and long beach make this a classic. The Lochabar Blue Hole is less than a half mile away. This is a perfect place for a tranquil and quiet vacation, yet only less than 4 miles from a number of bars & restaurants in the Clarence Town/Turnbull Area.
