Maui Permit STPH2015/0006 - 3 bedroom, 1 bath, legally permitted vacation rental (sleeps 2-5) fully equipped kitchen, FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer/dryer (for exclusive use by guests of this cottage, not shared with any other guests), Bedroom 1 = Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 = Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 = Twin bed, crisp white linens, white bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, beach towels, beach chairs, indoor and outdoor hot showers. WE TYPICALLY HOST GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 10, please reach out to us if you have younger children, this is a fairly quiet property and neighborhood. Nice climate, walk to Haiku town center (only 100 yards to Haiku Cannery!) with 6 great restaurants, Colleen's Restaurant at the cannery, Nuka, Veg-Out, amazing Fuzionfit workout & Blue Mango yoga studio classes across the street, Haiku Grocery store.

1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m during which time the noise from the short-term rental home must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours must not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
3. Vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and must not be parked on the street.
4. Parties or group gatherings are not allowed.
