Summary: When we arrived, there were large limbs down on the deck to the entrance that seemed to have been there for awhile. The front door was hard to open and close. There was a roach and a ball of human hair on the floor like someone had cleaned out their hair brush. The air vents leak when the ac runs and landed on my head. The vent in the bathroom is covered in mold. There were dirty paper towels u set the bed and bathroom vanity as well as an article of clothing. The futon has a broken leg. There are no window treatments in the living room and the neighbors outside lights shine into the house and blink off and on every few minutes. It felt like torture. The bedding and towels are worn but seemed clean. The floors were very dirty. Wearing shoes at all times is a must. On the bright side, there is a Pac-Man video game in the basement!
