This one bedroom, garden-level listing is cozy, comfortable, and cute with a queen-sized bed and a closet. Garden-level unit of a triplex built in the early 1900's. One queen bed, 3/4 bath with a fully furnished kitchen. There is 1 "tenant only" parking spot available for your use in the small lot behind the house. Private entrance to the apartment (east side of building). 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living area. There is one parking space available on the south side of the house (see photos).
Only about 7 blocks from the Mayo Clinic. You will be close to shopping, restaurants, parks, a tennis court, and a bustling downtown teaming with unique and locally-owned businesses.
**Other things to note-
As this is a garden-level apartment, keep in mind that there are stairs (7 interior steps).
Ceilings are low- between 6 and 7 feet.
This is an older building, therefore the whole building uses one central heating system. If you find the space too hot or too cold, please let us know and we can request that the tenants above adjust the thermostat. We provide extra heaters or fans as needed.
Potential for noise - There is a family living above, general street noise, and a train within 4 blocks.
General quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
We have a Smart TV with the ability to get Netflix , Hulu and Amazon Prime (personal login required). We DO NOT have cable.
We have a coin operated washing machine and dryer located in the basement of the unit next door that you are welcome to use.
There is no smoking in or near the apartment. If you are going to smoke we ask that you do so in the parking area and throw your cigarette butts in the dumpster.
There is no air-conditioning unit in this apartment. It is a garden level apartment that stays cool without it.
