Positive: very friendly staff

Negative: Hi, the check-in times on Booking.com are not the actual hotel times. We arrived at 6 am because our check-in was from 8 to 9 am, but the hotel told us that check-in was at 3 pm, and we had to wait outside for all those hours. Then we asked about breakfast, and they told us that breakfast wasn't included, even though Booking.com does show it as included.
