If it is sand between your toes that you desire, the villa is the closest one to the black and white sand beach, 160 steps away, accessible from a resident's only gated access point at the rear of the property.
If you wish to relax, you can lounge outside by the pool, the covered terrace, or the second shaded area, a Panamanian bohio.. Nap or enjoy a beverage in the swaying hammocks and lounges, feel the ocean breezes, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and diverse bird population.
There is an outdoor shower and bathroom , as well as ceiling fans in both the terrace and bohio.

The villa consists of 3780 sq/ft.(350 sq/m) of freshly renovated space with new kitchen appliances, (double filtration system, so water is quite drinkable), including 2 refrigerators air conditioners and ceiling fans in each bedroom, new bathroom fixtures, WiFi, and 6 TVs, all with cable. The hub of the villa has vaulted ceilings, with glass sliding doors opening to the covered terrace and a well manicured tropical courtyard with the 24 x 12 hourglass pool. There are also sliding doors from the 2 bedrooms facing the ocean and pool where you step out directly into the back courtyard, 20 steps to the pool.
