Summary: Neighborhood is super quiet with friendly neighbors. Home is older and needs more work (exterior doors, locks, caulking), but was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated the instant hot water in the bathroom! Backyard was a bit of a disaster (tall weeds, debris) for the dogs to use. Location was perfect for our needs.
