The lake house is on a cul-da-sac secluded road in Navarro County Texas with over 150 feet of direct lake frontage on Richland Chambers Lake. It is a beautiful 3br, 3 bath single deck story residence. It has a large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, formal dining area and a laundry room. In the MBR is a king bed and a shower and soaker tub in the bath. The other two guest rooms both have a queen bed, one with a private bath and the other uses a full hall bath. The beautiful large kitchen has a bar, an island, stove top, double oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee pot, and a blender. (did I hear the word margarita)? In the living room is a big screen TV with cable TV service and Amazon Prime. In the MBR and one guest room is a TV with cable and the last guest BR has a TV for games. There is a queen air mattress on site also. In the laundry room is a large washer, dryer, and a frost free 16 CF freezer. In the formal dining area is a piano for the musically inclined in the family. There is a front porch and a back porch. On the back porch is a propane grill and a smoker. There is a fire pit in the back yard. On the lake is a two slip boat dock with lift. So bring your boat, jet skis, PWCs, and kayaks so you can spend your entire time on the lake. And for you World Cup soccer fans and officials, this house is just 1 hour and 15 minutes south of Dallas and Arlington where most of the events are being held. A 10% discount is available for guest that stay for more than 30 nights and a 20% discount for more than 60 nights. Also a 10% discount for military, first responders, and educators.
