- The Suite is located in a Hotel but is not associated with the Hotel services and is independently operated by Estate Hosts
- This unit is a corner unit and has no view of the city. This is the only two King Beds Two Bedroom Suite in the entire Hotel
- There is no parking included, you must pay for parking.
-Self parking is available and the rate is $48 per night
- We do NOT offer luggage drop off or luggage storage at this time
-If you require early check in please let us know immediately same day early check in request will be declined (Early check in fee is $100- as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have ready in time)
- No Loud Noise after 9 PM to 9 AM there is a Sound Monitoring Device to Ensure this to help you know if you are being to loud.
- All Booking Alterations Request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.
- Check-out Time: Please note that any late check-out beyond the designated 11:00 AM time will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour.
- No Smoking/Vaping in unit
- No Parties or Events
- Pets allowed for additional fee $50
- No Unregistered guests
- No Food/Drinks on the bed
