Three bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, featuring two king size beds, a queen size bed and optional pack and play. Enjoy open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room all with views and sounds of the ocean. Large patio and lower deck perfect for relaxing after a swim in the ocean.

Open floor plan living inviting time to enjoy our 55" TV, play board games, yacht watch from any view, book a masseuse, or book a private chef, all with views and sounds of the ocean.
Remember:
Create memories on our upper patio which features a dining table for 6 and benches surrounding the patio walls.
Our lower patio features lounge chairs, an outdoor shower and steps leading into the ocean, perfect for snorkeling in paradise. Enjoy a peaceful swim or snorkel alongside the many Oceanside homes and discover the rich wildlife. We recommend bringing water shoes and a snorkel mask to take advantage of the ocean’s wildlife! Lounge chairs and an outdoor shower are located on the lower ground patio for a rinse off and delightful sunbathing.
Exclusive use of the entire property, including private entrance to our backyard ocean which overlooks Paradise Island, Athol Island and Rose Island.
We love preserving the rich marine life, so fishing is not allowed. The backyard is enjoyed for swimming and snorkeling.
A private dock exists next door belonging to our neighbors. Kindly be respectful by not entering onto the private dock.
You are welcome to park your car in the driveway. For your ease of entry in the evenings, we have automatic nighttime sensor lights in the driveway.
