Positive: This new listing is one of the best vacation homes I’ve ever stayed in. It’s clean, tidy, and spacious, with 11 comfortable beds. Everything inside was perfect. My friends even asked me for the house information so they can book it next time. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Negative: Of course, there were also a few minor issues, which is understandable since this is a new listing and the host might not have noticed them yet: 1. The Wi-Fi password shown in the dining room was incorrect — it was missing a hyphen. We eventually found the correct one on the wall in the living room. 2. The power outlet for the microwave and bread toaster in the kitchen wasn’t working. We had to move the toaster to another outlet to use it, but we couldn’t use the microwave because it was too heavy to move. 3. There was no cooking oil in the kitchen. There was an empty oil bottle, but no oil inside. 4. There was a coffee maker, along with cream and sugar, but no coffee powder or K-Cup pods. I thought providing coffee was a standard feature for hotels or vacation rentals. Hopefully, the host can improve on these small details.
