An utterly private backyard has gorgeous mountains and a sunset view. Approximately 25 minutes away from the Puerto Plata international airport (POP) and 80 minutes from Santiago Airport (STI). Important: For security, the caretaker lives on the premises in a separate service quarter for 24-hour security. NO PETS allowed.

Only PAID guests are to use the apartment, amenities, gazebo, swimming pool, and garden area. Other visitors are allowed for a brief visit strictly by owners' permission, and only two visitors, 2 hours per day, will be allowed. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. Smoking is allowed only in the garden and swimming areas. A $125 fee will apply if smoked inside.
$25 charge for lost keys. You are solely responsible for your belonging inside and outside the apartment. Put your valuables, cash, cell phone, etc. in a safe deposit box located inside a closet in the bedroom. Do not leave belongings in the pool/garden area.
Towels or any other items from the apartment are not to be taken off-premises.
The apartment will be cleaned, and linen and towels washed at midweek; personal laundry will be $5 per load.
Check the white folder placed in the apartment for important phone numbers, Internet info, and local map with marked locations of grocery, restaurants, beach, and other information. We recommend at least a $3/day tip for the caretaker.
