The lake house features an arcade perfect for kids, fire pit, deck, out door patio furniture, exterior lights, grille, private dock, Pontoon/kayaks and more! Sit back and relax while watching the sunset with a drink in your hand and feet in the water. If you love to fish, then you'll love this lake!! There are plenty of close by state parks, golf courses and local restaurants.
The Space:
Desirable all-sports Wolverine Lake- THE best lake side unique home for the influencer, bachelor/ette, family & friends weekend getaway. Ideal for a instagram worthy vacation. The main area of the space has a super big & bright windows with views of the lake. Newly decorated/styled. Beachy Lake home vibes. 2 bedroom (Two Queens beds & One Sleeper Sofa). Summer months- dock available with boat/water toys available for rent. Nice back yard, perfect for bonfires and hang outs. Back patio also faces water ( and perfect for a fishing experience.)
Guest Access:
Guest is able to access the home, driveway to home, the back yard, lake, the patio space behind home. Guest is not able to park in the street.
Other Details to note:
Pets: are not allowed on property if you’re caught brining an animal you’ll be charged $300 a day per animal.
Safety: Please note that the home is not handicap accessible.
Being on a lake, children are not to be left unattended.
Bonfires:
Should you wish to use the FirePit, Firewood is not provided, though there is a corner store and gas station nearby where bundles should be available for purchase.
If you choose to have a fire please make sure fire is fully put out and chairs are returned/stacked with weight on them so they don’t blow into the lake before leaving/going to bed.
Parking: One vehicle can park in garage and two in front of garage. Please note the home doesn't have much of a drive way so please park as close as possible to the Garage.
Fishing: If you are going to be fishing off the boat/ice fishing conservation officers require fishing license on public lakes
$10 daily pass or $26 annually (easily purchase online) Michigan.gov dnr or purchase at Meijer, Dunhams
TV: We have an Roku TV device (a streaming media player) which means it lets you watch videos, listen to music, play games, and use other types of apps from the Internet onto the TV. Guests have the ability to watch whatever subscription service they may already have (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) on the tv.

During the summer months(Install Date varies- est. mid April 2021- through September 2021) we will have a pontoon boat on the property available for rent as well (Driver must be 21+y/o with a valid drivers license and sign waiver) $200 per day (any day(s) you'd like during your stay). No half days. Weekly Discounts available. Boat is our 2013 Excruions with 60 HP Mercury motor. Fits 6-8 people. Availability: priority is our guests and no need to book in advance. Upon arrival or anytime during your stay let us know what days you'd like it (since Michigan is weather-dependent) and we will fill the tank with gas, give waiver/orientation. Only after confirmation that you not interested the boat may be taken off property by other renters. Please have cash or Venmo on date of renting. Cash receipts are available.
kayaks: are complementary . Feel welcome to bring your own kayak/paddle board. We are not able to accommodate docking of second boat/jet-ski on our dock.
