The CLARY COTTAGE is located on the 1907 CLARY HOUSE Property and is vintage 1930-1940. It is located in the heart of Bryan, Texas, close to shopping, popular restaurants, and easy access to downtown Bryan's well known "First Fridays" entertainment. Staying here will never be mundane.
This comfortable cottage shares a half-acre corner with the Main House BNB and the Carriage House BNB. There are 3 bedrooms

The beds are furnished with lovely linens, the towels that are fluffy and the cottage is stocked with amenities that meet most every need.
The full kitchen has blender, crockpot and all basic cookware and dishes. Coffee, teas and condiments are also provided along with basic spices and olive oil. Pottery and paper goods are supplied.
There is free parking for up to 3 vehicles and a blooming garden surrounding a decorative pavilion for your enjoyment. The entrance to parking is on the Baker Street side.
