Villa Nova is an idyllic retreat that promises an unforgettable getaway for up to 8 guests, making it the perfect choice for families or groups seeking comfort and relaxation.
The space
Just 20 minutes away from the Punta Cana Airport, our home is a private villa with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which easily accommodates up to 8 people. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two rooms both have Queen size beds, and there is a sofa-bed in the living room, plus a play-pen for young children. The fully equipped kitchen and open-space living + dining area open up to a beautiful terrace (with an outdoor lounge area and dining table) and private pool in the backyard.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole villa, terrace and backyard, and can park a car in the private driveway of the home. Guests have everything they will need for a long stay.
Other things to note
In order to be able to access the gated communities of Vista Cana and Oasis Del Lago, all guests who will be visiting must provide a government ID to the host. The IDs must be provided to the host no later than 48 hours before your visit, so that the host can register the guests with the security teams at the 2 gates.
To help us maintain an eco-friendly and budget-friendly villa experience for all of our guests, we ask you to be mindful of your electricity consumption during your stay. In the Dominican Republic, electricity costs can be quite high, therefore, we kindly ask that you turn off lights, fans, TVs and air conditioning units when not in use, and refrain from leaving them on unnecessarily.
