The property with parking and pool and laundry room are intended only for the owners. It is a private condominium and not a hotel. Rental guests can use the facility for the rental period. Friends of owners and family members

Parties are possible under consideration of the general rules of social interaction (up to 10 pm), without noise disturbance and after consultation with the administration. Alcohol, food and glass objects are generally prohibited in the pool and at the edge of the pool.
Missing keys will have a cost of $65 dollars, please always have the keys with you.
When using the grill, Barbecuing is only possible in the shower area. The cleaning has to be done the next day.
The pool can be used at your own risk. Children and adolescents under 18 years are through to supervise the guardians. The swimming is daily up to max. 22 o'clock possible.
Showers before use is obligatory (shower at the edge of the pool). Users with diarrhea, boils or other infections are prohibited. Please dont use skin cream in the water. It clogs the sand filter.
Babies with diapers are prohibited to use swimming in daywear or underwear is strictly prohibited.
Music, alcohol, glass, food, sex and urinating are also prohibited in the pool ! Any glas is dangerous in the pool. Reservations of the beds by towels and the like are not allowed.
The laundrette can be used after consultation with the administration, for personal use only no textiles may be hung over the balcony railing
Gate and entrance.
The main gate works automatically with a remote control. You will receive the remote control from your agent who also instructs you. A simple print is enough. The door closes automatically afterwards. The small pedestrian door at the office can be operated with a normal key.
Security ... the administration, your agent and the owner are not responsible for property loss. Therefore close all doors and do not give the keys to any third party. Also not a short-term new relationship or a domestic were many problems.
Toilet sanitary facilities.
They are in a third world country. The constructions of the toilet bowl are technically not suitable to transport paper, tampons, diapers or food particles (fat).But the so-called downpipes are too narrow everywhere in the country. Even if it is unappetizing ...
Toilet paper and more must be disposed of in the trash can next to the toilet. The landlord will charge you for complications if necessary, the repair costs.
And another special note: Many guests and also many owners do not realize that houses in the Dominican Republic are simple structures without soundproofing.
So the windows are simple sliding windows that have thin glass and also do not close properly.
The walls are made of thin brickwork. The floors have no sound insulation (screed). A drum for the people down ! and every noise penetrates unhindered into the neighboring apartment or below. Please take this into account when listening to music, TV or loud footsteps. It serves social peace in an international community.
The same applies to behaviors that affect social morality. This private condominium where working citizens of different countries have a permanent residence is not suitable for sex vacationers. There are cabanas or regular hotels.
The gardeners do not do any private work within the apartments and outside the facility during working hours! The gardeners have the right to give instructions in the area and at the pool.
